Waxwings
24 around Sainsbury's Brighouse again this morning at 08:15hrs.Favouring a tree by Wharf Street. I can't see any trees or bushes with berries on them immediately around there but 2 Mistle Thrush were also present nearby so I can assume there must be a food source close by.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

The Waxwings have all gone from up this end - they are going to struggle now if we get any more bad weather as all the berries seem to have gone.
The flock had increased to 54 by 11.30 today - the 4th. Let's hope they stay a bit longer.
