Shibden valley and Swales Moor

This morning;
Green, Great-spotted Woodpeckers and Nuthatches calling in the upper valley
1 Siskin flyover
1 Kestrel
3 Stock Doves
1 Goldcrest singing
2 Tawny owls singing on each side of the valley at the same time - mid-day!

Swales Moor
17 Skylarks
1 Reed Bunting
c30 Linnet
2 Twite
1 Pied Wagtail

Ploughcroft
1 Little Owl
1 Common Gull
20+ Woodpigeons

A good haul there Dave, glad the Nuthatches are still about, and you were safer up on the top of the hill rather than in the village.
