Only 1 swallow of note today over Moor End Road. Caught my first two moths of the season an Early Grey and a Hebrew Character. I know its a bird site but there are an increasing number of birders taking up mothing and I thought I would share my first moths of the year, promise not to do it too often.
The years first Common Sandpiper has been recorded at Ringstone Edge today.
