Castle Carr Road and Luddenden Dean

Castle Carr Road
1 Little Owl in the usual spot
1 Wheatear along the road
A few Curlew over but not many Lapwings
1 female Merlin over Saltonstall seen chasing about and then stooping at something unknown and out of site.
9 Skylark together feeding in one field were all carefully checked!

4 Jays
1 Grey Wagtail on the roof of Jerusalem Farm
1 Chiff-chaff singing
1 Goldcrest
