Unusual garden tick - Jumble Hole Clough
I went to let the hens out this morning, and flushed a woodcock from inside their run. Quite a surprise.
Hi Matt Nice garden tick. Most of the vast influx ofg Woodcock and Snipe we had here on the Peninsula in the cold snap have now moved out again. I had two Choughs fly low over the garden here this luchtime as I was in the garden, does this count as a garden tick ;-)
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

Would do if it was my garden!
Brilliant addition to your garden list Matt. Did you check to see it left an egg or two?!
It didn't, but I nearly did! It made me jump out of my skin as it flew up.
