This Wheatear was quite grey - ? juvenile

Looked this up the other day Pete with 2 at Fly Flatts very pale and grey backed. Given as ad female still in partial summer plumage where the grey bloom fades to brown by mid summer as it goes into its bright buff autumn plumage.

Thanks Brian. It's striking that there is almost no orange on the underparts. The Collins Bird Guide mentions "paler (Northern) birds confusable with Isabelline Wheatear".
