Ringstone wind turbine plans blow up again

Following the original (rejected) planning application to build a 15m wind turbine in a field adjacent to Ringstone (appl ref. 09/00786/FUL) the applicant has now amended his plans and resubmitted (appl ref. 09/01765/FUL).
