When you say available from, are you emailing it out? If so, can I have one!
Yes, I will mail a copy when I get home tonight.
Been thinking about this. When you download your records from BTO's Birdtrack the fields are in a particular column order. If that order was used then everyone who currently manages their records on Birdtrack could transfer results to these spreadsheet really easily.
Alternatively if a Calderbirds id was generated with the BTO then we could all submit records online and then download the lot at the end of the year. Our initials could be the first two letters of the comments section.
All good suggestions Jim, the handling of records etc is a Bird Club issue and the recorder (Nick D) will need to be involved in any system changes there might be.
If you can email me a copy as well, that would be appreciated, Nick; hope that it's idiot-free and user friendly !
