30th August Roils Head

At last lots of birds this PM. The place was crawling with small passerines, 2 Spotted Flycatchers, 20+ Willow Warblers, 30+ Long-tailed Tits, 30+ Blue Tits, several Great Tits, 15+ Greenfinches, 15+Chaffinches, 50-100 Meadow Pipits, 30+ Pied Wagtails, 1 Skylark, 50+ Swallows, also the usual Black-head Gulls and a few Common Gulls. 1 Golden Plover flew west at High Road Well Moor, 7 Common Gulls, 7 Goldfinch and 4 Linnets there also.
