Blackcap and Chiff-chaff singing at Northowram first thing this morning (AC)

Another Red Kite over Cromwell Bottom around 11:10 this morning (PG)

We did Fly Flatts and got caught in a right blizzard for half hour near the Twite feeding area - no Twite!
1 Wheatear
Several Meadow Pipits in territory and a few other movers >NW
A few Skylarks and 1 Pied Wagtail flyover
1 Sparrowhawk >E
Usual waders plus a Snipe and 1 Golden Plover but no Redshank
Usual Canadas, 4 Greylag Geese and plenty Red Grouse

Withens Clough - an immaculate drake Common Scoter this afternoon with a female Goldeneye (PG) and some late information from Sunday's Whooper Swan bonanza  - 2 more there during the day.

Swales Moor this afternoon - 4 Skylarks and 2 Meadow Pipits on the top and that was about it.

Mixenden Res'r - 6 Tufted Duck (4 drakes) and the summer plumage Great Crested Grebe still there
