East bound herring gulls are almost daily at the moment. 29 Saturday morning, 11 yesterday, 22 this morning. And oddly, they're always 9:15-9:30am, so I would reckon that's some equation of leaving the Lancashire coast at daybreak and flying east at x miles an hour, arriving in Calderdale at 9:30.
They go down the valley towards Hebden, and look to go over towards Fly Flatts.
