Halifax Town Centre

15 Waxwings below the bus station opposite the RSPCA this afternoon - I just passed there at 4 pm- they were trilling away in the tops of a tree then left towards Sainsbury's/Wickes - presumably to roost. Not many berries left there now but plenty down Wade Street and a few in Sainsbury's car park!

We also had a report of c360 Pied Wagtails roosting in the trees outside WH Smiths in the town centre (traditional winter roost there in the last few years)
