Fly Flatts/High Brown Knoll

We walked round the res'r and on the catchwater drain to High Brown Knoll (443m) today as we thought about the possibility of Snow Buntings on the tops - nothing doing. Lovely day but very quiet for birds apart from 30+ Red Grouse on the moor.
2 Reed Buntings
1 Wren
1 Kestrel
1 Carrion Crow
11 Starlings over >N
17 B H Gulls

Halifax Town Centre
No reports today of any Waxwings although Wade Street and Winding Road were checked around lunch time by AH
