Finally tracked the Snow Buntings down, the high winds and (mostly) overcast skies caused many deleted shots, thank goodness for digital! Left some seed on a small mound near the mast, marked it with a green pipe. Weasel up on the stone wall.
Totally different day in Brighouse for the Redwing.

Cheers, hopefully they'll hang around for a bit and I can have a calm, clear day with them. Could do with a bit of frost as well to firm the ground up a bit.
Problem with a calm day on Soil Hill is its usually foggy but we can live in hopes.
