Swifts
The swifts have been happy these last couple of days , screaming around the house and at work today. It must be for joy they do scream, celebrating the warmth!
Great news Mark about the Swifts. Could you let me have the locations if you suspect they are breeding so we can add them to the database on the survey we are doing this year for Swifts/Swallows and Martins. Many thanks - Dave If you prefer not to post them on the blog can you email them in to info@calderdalebirds.co.uk
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

Hi Dave
In previous years they have nested in Halifax, in the area of Mulcture Hall road, I have not observed them year, but I am still looking!
