6 Crossbills went over Lee Mount at 10.15 yesterday morning heading towards Pellon. Several reports on BirdGuides also recently, so plantations at Ogden/Mixenden/Walshaw etc could be worth checking out!
Cuckoo still calling at Ogden Clough yesterday morning but we could only find 1 Spotted Flycatcher in the plantation and no sign of the 2 singing Tree Pipits which have been there recently.
