We have received a report of lots of House Martins on Portsmouth reservoir just past the Roebuck pub along Burnley Road. Can anyone check this site out and to see if there is a nesting colony nearby?

I didn't know there was a reservoir at Portsmouth! There's what looks like a pond on the right hand side off the Burnley Road about half a mile past the Roebuck, so assuming that is the res, I can check it out next time we're going to Burnley.
Ok thanks Jeff - it's a new one on me, don't know that neck of the woods very well.
