Eagle Seen
Sadley not seen in Calderdale though, taken last month on Skye. Hope Nick D managed to keep his coffee in his cup with the heading!
Reason for post is id on the Diver below, I think Red Throated winter plummage, comments welcome. Picture taken 10th May on Eriskay, it should enlarge on opening.
Could well be Red-throated Diver Howard but it is hard to be certain from the pics. The thing that makes me think Black-throated is the white rear flank patch which is clearer on the lower photo. Wouldn't bet an ice cream on it though, never mind the house :)
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

I can't expand the two photos Howard. A way round it is to save them to our PC's then it's possible to zoom in on them, so I'll do that.
