Colour ringed Peregrine

Last Sunday Geoff Smith saw a colour ringed Peregrine at Ringstone Edge, the ring/s were on the birds right leg and described as thin yellow over broad orange (or red) over thin yellow. These details have been passed to the BTO who say this isn't a wild British ringed birds as all theirs have engraved colour rings. I guess its possible this is a captive bred bird but might also be of continental origin? Keep an eye out for it locally!
