The majority of the whooper swans on Ogden Water left between 7.00am and 7.30 am this morning in a number of different groups flying north. A very impressive sight and noisy.

What a great site. Amazing that they stayed all day yesterday and another 28 at Mixenden also left this morning about the same time. Several other flocks came through this morning as well but looks like they didn't come down. Weather conditions were better today for them after yesterday mist on the upland areas.
