Appologies for more pics of the Med Gull but thought the Ogden birders might want to take note of this birds tail pattern. The two outer most tail feathers on the left side are pure white were as all the rest show a broad dark bar at the tip. Did the Ogden bird show this feature, if so its probably the same bird, if not then weve two kicking around. As for today at Mount Tabor the bird showed extreamly well again, at one point being just a few feet above tall Andys head. Also a snipe over and 6 unidentified very dark ducks flying towards Soil Hill at 2.55PM.

My texted comments were based on your previous pictures - I thought your bird was more heavily marked. I never got good views of the tail, however after seeing these and the AC pics, I am now sure it is the same bird.
Keep the pictures coming Nick - The top one is unusual to compare leg colour between ad B H Gull, ad Common Gull and 1st winter Med. It would be useful to get the tail pattern on the Ogden bird to see if it looks like the same bird as the Roils Head one!
lovely photo's.........this tail pattern is normal for 1st winter Med Gull (although the band occasionally extends the full width) you can just make out one of the right side white outer tail feathers on the last photo
