Bumped into my brother on the way back from Roils Head and he gave me a lift up to Cold Edge. Only had 30 minutes but managed a Little Ringed Plover, Redshank and a rather small curlew with a shortish bill and what appeared to be a pale central crown stripe (beware small male curlews ?)
