Went looking for Redstart with SC, no luck but had a nice male Pied Flycatcher. Also 1 Spotted Flycatcher, 2 Grey Herons 1 Sparrowhawk,1 Little Owl, heard 3 Tawny Owls, 2 Treecreepers, heard 3 Great Spotted Woodpeckers, 1 Nuthatch, 1 Grey Wagtail + usual woodland birds.

Glad you got a photo Nick. When I was there I could hear it singing but couldn't see it in the foliage for long enough - then when I did, a car went past and it flew up and I lost it in the top of the trees. Pleased its still there - no sign of a female then.
No sign of a female but the bird was investigating a nest box.
