I think it might be a Chiffchaff Mike, it has the colouration and very open faced look of a Chiffy and the dark legs. Did you get to see the primary projection? short on a Chiffy but long on a Willow Warbler. Of course I'm prepared to be wrong if it was singing!

Agree with Nick that the colouration is more Chiff Chaff than Willow Warbler. Comparing my own pics of each, CC is more likely.
