Curses we missed it. We were at Green Withins around then, just over the hill, and didn't spot it. Must have been watching where I was putting my feet instead of looking up.
Don't worry Jeff, I've missed quite a few locally, even been a couple over the house, on both occasions I was out of the area!
You are going to be really upset now Jeff!
Lots of raptors heading north through the country today - especially Ospreys and also red Kites.
Grrrrr....that makes me feel so much better - missing loads of birds rather than just one!?!
