Seeing Sean Gray's pictures of the pinkfooted goose at Boothwood has reminded me that there was one in Shibden Park from around 14th October to the end of November last year. It arrived with 15 canada geese and by the time it decided to move on was pretty tame. I took this photo on the 18/11/06, when it let me get to about 2m away before it hissed at me and I backed off a bit.
