Heath Hill Road 24th October PM
Skys darken over Midgley Moor. A fair size flock of Black-headed and Common Gulls were present. Went through the lot of them ( why don't we get med gulls?).
Went through c5,000 CGs yesterday for 1 Med - there had been a different one the previous day but we're looking a fairly huge numbers of gulls and still not finding that many Meds. Why are there 12 or so regularly at Newbiggin? (Let's not mention the Boney).
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,
