Shibden - Easter weekend

Usual blue, great and long tailed tits. 3 bullfinch, 2 greenfinch and quite a few chaffinch.

3 chiffchaff - one gave good views and a display flight as it moved back and forth between 2 trees.

2 green woodpecker nesting. 4 drumming GSW.

A pair of sparrowhawks hunting together. I've seen them several times over the past few months. Also another 2 sightings of female sparrowhawks that I think might be a different invidual to the pair.

Tawny owl calling this evening by the Shibden Mill Inn at around 8pm
