Happy Events

First of this year's new generation I've seen are, as usual, a brood of Mallard chicks on the Calder by Tod bus station. Actually, that refers only to this country - ten days before, I was watching a fully fledged Barn Swallow chasing its parent around the sewage works in Agadir, amongst other early juveniles. Perhaps it's something to do with all the Storks...
