Looks an interesting one Pete. Tried copy and paste and crop but lose any definition. Maybe Water pip ??
The impression of a bluish grey head contrasting with brown upperparts (and, maybe hint at bright wingbars) hints at water pipit. Tho possible breast spot doesn't. Too hard to say from photos. Maybe worth checking in field again if poss
