of the Firecrest which was very elusive but still great to see it on a local patch.

Whereabouts is the firecrest being seen??
Hi Darrell - alongside the track between the bird feeding area and the dipping pond. Alders and birches etc with a good understory of brambles.
Nice shots Dave. Lesser Redpoll fits in nicely with the Feb issue of 'Birdwatch' ie 'the undertail coverts show the typical pattern......for Lesser Redpoll.
