Out of area Franklin's Gull
Franklin's Gull at Redcar Tarn Keighley today, well worth the trip, only the second in Yorkshire for 29 years I think.
Yes, a great bird. I tried Soil Hill this morning for it but the gulls that were on the fields got flushed by a Peregrine. Watch out for it at Bradshaw John - or maybe Ogden ! It would be a nice one for the Calderdale List Nick.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,
