At least 10 Waxwings around Sainsbury's this morning around 10:15 though they moved to Goall Lane and Dean Clough area (JL) - no reports since then.

Ogden - the recent Redpoll flock was checked first thing this morning with Lesser Redpolls and possibly up to 3 Mealy Redpolls with them (AC).
The busy-ness around the reservoir track seemed to have dispersed the birds or they moved into the woodland later in the morning though I managed to find just 1 Lesser Redpoll with a group of Bullfinch, 3 Goldcrests and a Treecreeper in the woodland near the golf course.
Good to meet up with Pam and Tom and later on with JM and JL as we continued the search for the redpoll flock without success. Always another day !!
