Someone seems to have created a promising new pond (mini-lake really) beside the canal just upstream of Woodhouse Rd. A couple of Mallards and a Moorhen were there this morning.
A big colourful fox trotted across the landscape mid-morning, dive-bombed by Jackdaws. I suggested Todmorden could have a new town crest designed, with two foxes, rampant, to support Keeptheban. Tod apparently means fox in place-names.
