Wryneck
A great find today by John Beaumont was a Wryneck at Scammonden it showed well for an hour and then disappeared when flushed by a passing car. Also in the area were Spotted Flycatcher 15 - 20 , Redstart 4 , Willow Warbler 4 , Tree Pipit 3 , Blackcap 8 + , Siskin 15 , Buzzard 2 , Sparrowhawk 1 ,Whinchat 2 ,Chiffchaff 15 - 20 , 40 Lapwing and a Stoat..

Great find. Got there 20 minutes too late, but still enjoyed seeing the rest of the migrants. No sign by the time I left at about 6pm, but could still be around in the morning?
Same date as last years Wryneck....
