News from yesterday
A Lapland Bunting was found yesterday by Jeff in the catchwater drain between Warland Res'r and Stoodley Pike. Almost in the same area as where he found one a year or two ago - must look up the date. A great find!
Cheers Brian. Couldn't really believe it as I was with 3 friends and spotted the bird flying ahead on the path over the tops. I checked it as usual as I suspected Mipit or female Reed Bunt. Strange coincidence on the location.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,
