Does anyone know if there have been any further sightings of the water pipit since the last post on the subject? I am considering whether or not to go up for a look on Saturday afternoon, but if it hasn't been seen for a few days I'll probably make alternative plans.
If it is still about, any tips/best spots would be very welcome.

No reports since Monday Chris. I will put a post on the blog if we get any reports. Could still be there but the weather not been very good with the mist!
Try the lower Res'r outfall or in the drain the outfall feeds into but beware it is very flighty and is soon flushed. Alternatively try the far end of the embankment in the corner where the inflow drain flows in.
No sight of it on Tuesday and 3 of us were looking.
I think it will still be in the area but friday is a bad day weather wise,,,
Thanks everyone. It looks like it will be pretty 'cowd' this weekend, but if it isn't too misty, I might give it a try
