Some great shots here..............
A walk down the Hebden on 2nd December produced no stream birds in the depth of the frost, but yesterday there was a dipper and a grey wagtail in the Hebble Beck just outside Dean Clough's Viaduct Cafe, a not unusual sight. Wonder if the water is warmer for them there . . . .

Superb photo.
yes it is Nick by Steve Round, question is do we have his permission to use it?? technically speaking if not we are breaking copyright law.
Have't tried to hide his name and not using it for business purposes so it's OK.
On his website he clear offers all his images for sale, without emailing him and asking if you can use his copyrighted image it is simply wrong to assume it is OK. I hope you don't feel the same about images I take and publish under my copyright, whether I put a watermark on them or not. The use for business purposes is irrelevant, Steve will sell many of his images to private individuals for their own one off use and enjoyment, as I do. Photographers have as much right to protect their images with copyright as do other artists incl musicians and film makers. I trust you don't copy Cd's or buy pirated dvd's, so why do people feel it is OK to steal a photographers image by visiting their site and copying the image?
If he was that bothered he would put a block on copying, its pretty simple, you carnt copy any of Sean grays images.Everyboby copys cd'S AND dvdS as much music as possible its the way of the world.Put a link to his site as say its brilliant and many thanks.
