Fly Flatts
07/05/2007 0800-1015hrs coldNW>4 dropping. slight drizzle 3 Dunlin 6 Common Sand 2 Grey Wags 2 Pied Wags 5 Wheatear 1 Twite, unrung 2 lots of Canada chicks, 5 and 3. 4 Golden Plover + usual sp. BS
Just a Kodak Z740 10x zoom, its the best and easiest camera Ive ever had.I used to use a Nikon 4500 digiscoping but got fed up with the setting up etc. This one I can carry anywhere and get instant shots as long as theyre in binocular range.I took the Dunlin pics laid flat out in the wet grass so not to spook them and keep out of the wind.Theyre not up to the class of your Pere over Sainsburys but if I keep getting a few good ones Im happy.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

must admit i got bored of digiscoping,so i went from a tesco's 17 quid camera to a canon 350d with a 90-300 lense but i think i need a better lense.
Thats the snag with photography,
you always want something better.
