The Sparrowhawk has a real ful crop - nice shot of the Waxwing too.
Yes it had a full crop but was still hunting, must be the winter conditions driving the bird to the extreames.
Good shots all of them,as a footnote my local Sparrowhawk is up and around 4/5 times a day and last week took 2 Sparrows and a Collered Dove in my garden.
