2 reports from yesterday - with one over Ovenden towards Shroggs Park at around 08:20 (SC) and another, or the same bird in Skircoat around 09:00 (WG).
We have had reports over recent years from around Sowerby Bridge, Warley, Greetland and Bradshaw, as well as a few other places. Anyone else seen any recently at these or other Calderdale locations ?

1 over the Oxenhope watch point a couple of days ago, HC/DCB.
Several sightings near where the daughter lives at Pye Nest Hx
Lee Mount garden feeders next !!
I've seen the over mytholmroyd heading sw in August a few years back
But the Copley/ pye nest / warley area seem to be the best area to see them
Early morning and evening are best at Copley by the canal below the caravan shop by dawn they can be seen in the tree tops on pye nest road I recently saw 4 by mid morning they are around warley
Once you know the call they are easy to find I've even seen them around king cross
