Fly Flatts
Fly Flatts today was busy with birds 2 Snipe , 1 Oystercatcher , 20 Lapwing , 60 + Canada Geese , 8 Mallards , 8 Whooper Swans and 1 Shelduck
Also Stoat 'in ermine' at the far end late afternoon. Thought white rabbit at first till I got it through the bins. One to look out for if you head up there again. Too far away to get on camera unfortunately.
Shows how many hours keen birders put in! Even in winter. I've seen plenty of stoats over the years but never a white one in winter. Hx Birders have seen quite a few. Well done Dave!
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

Very nice shots. They were still there at 16:15 including the 2 that came in later.
