Lee Mount and Wheatley Valley
What sounded like a juvenile Tawny Owl was calling in Shroggs Park at 9:30 this evening. Later on towards 11 pm a male was singing in Wheatley Valley with the sound carrying a long way on the still evening. Great to hear them setting up / claiming territory.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,
