Mixenden Res'r
24 Whooper Swans still there this morning at 8.15. Quite a bit of wing flapping going on and the birds looked very alert so maybe they will be on their way this morning?

A flock of whooper swans circa about 20 flew over the garden and Ogden Water in a northerly direction towards Thornton Moor Reservoir at about 8.40 am.
Thanks for the posting. Steve L went to mixi about 10.15 but they had gone so looks like its the same lot over Ogden.
