120 Linnet - wow Dave is that the biggest flock counted up there?
Never had so many before up there but the landowners have made some massive bankings to help secure the site and it looks like they have sown it down in spring with wildflower mix - it looks great for finches etc but its not accessible as its behind a 10ft fence so not easy to view the birds - but they are happy !!
Good count there Dave, also been some good Goldfinch counts up there.
