Ringstone Res'r

A great find today by Steve and Tony of a Green Sandpiper on the waters edge along the embankment. We did manage to call up there after 8 pm to find it still there busy feeding. Unfortunately didn't have the scope with me for a better view but nice to see this relatively scarce bird nowadays in Calderdale.
