Just outside Calderdale
Me and Dave slipped over the border to Hollingworth Lake this PM for the Pied Billed Grebe. At first it stuck to the bank and was hard to photograph but eventually it gave good views. Later back in Calderdale we had 3 Woodcocks come out of Walshaw Dean plantation.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

Good shot Nick - fortunate to get it so close from the hide as well.
Yes pretty pleased with it.
