Call for Records.
Please could all those people who submit records to the bird watchers club please forward your sightings for 2007 as soon as possible, to enable me to start work on the next report. The longer Im kept waiting the longer the report will be delayed. I am happy to report that the 2006 bird report is now with the printers and fingers crossed should be out in the next few weeks. (watch this space).

For anyone that has entered their 2007 sightings onto the Blog I am now completing taking them all off and entering them onto the BOG recorder program. This has proved to be a mammoth task (a whole year done at once)and I wish to give notice that I will not be doing this again next year. Please DO NOT assume that because you have entered your sightings onto the Blog they will automatically go to Nick D. Free copies of the BOG recorder program are available from myself or Nick D
Well done Nick C.I emailed mine a few weeks back to Nick D. at the halifaxbirdwatchers email but don't know if you got them, Nick.
Will do it the required way if necessary.

The guys who have agreed to work on the proposed website will hopefully look at a site where records can be entered directly, however when Matt and myself looked at this we were told it could work out quite expensive.
