06/08/06This alb crow has been round mixenden area for many years. A similar bird has been resident in Qby for a long time.See NKs link on hillbilly birder.
FLY FLATTS 0745-0945
A completely birdless morning with nothing on the shoreline, in the water or in the sky.
Only activity was a steady flow of Swallows and a few Swifts all >SW. BS

Sheesh, and there's me thinking it was the same bird cruising around
I used to wonder on that one but the Qby bird has a pink face where it is bald and the Mixi bird has a black face.
Its just a matter of splitting sub species.
Cracking bird, in a 'mutant' sort of a way!
