Tree Sparrows
Job done (or half done when I left)! 11 single and 1 double box thanks to The Pitstop Project via Green Business Network. Transport courtesy Matt Bell. Liaison with residents thanks to Iain G.
We heard lots of what we strongly suspected were tree sparrows from distant hawthorns, but didnt pick any up. They're definately around though, and had been seen as recently as that morning.
Copies are available at £6.00 each from the GO local store at Woodlesford, Pellon price . Hopefully they will also be available at the Fox and Goose Hebden Bridge ,

All the boxes now up in a variety of locations (trees, gardens, telegraph poles etc) and we'll see what happens from there!
What I want to know is who's the bald git in the photo???
Bald? thats not bald, thats thinning, you just wait!
Did you see any Tree sparrows.?

Not sure who the bald guy is but if thats what the photographer considered his best side, boy he must be ugly.
Nice job guys, hope to see you all Saturday morning.
